Sound is another powerful vibrational tool.  Sound has a resonant quality that sends information to each cell in your body.  Since ancient times, people have used sound and toning to heal and to achieve different levels of consciousness.

Intermediate Choreography Bellies

This 6 week class takes your Beginning Belly experience and covers layering your moves to add more dimension while combining moves and adding choreography so your dancing comes alive!  We will discuss and work on costuming! Class includes DC of song we will choreograph! By the end of the 6 weeks you will be a belly dancing diva!  Upon completion of class we will have a performance night where you may invite friends and family.
